Shipping and returns
We offer free site-wide shipping. For orders outside of the US, customers may be responsible for duties or taxes.
When your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to track your package. You can also download the Shop app to get the latest tracking updates on your order.
Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee any delivery date indicated by the carrier.
Each item is made just for you when you place an order. Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Picking the wrong color/design
- Changing your mind
(Please double-check the size chart and product details before ordering!)
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
If your package seems lost in transit, reach out within 30 days of the delivery date so we can help investigate and resolve it.

Yes, we ship internationally to many countries.
- International delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs and local carrier handoffs.
- If you don’t see your country at checkout, contact us and we’ll confirm availability.
For international orders:
- Duties, VAT, and import taxes may be charged by your country.
- These fees are typically not included in our product price or shipping cost.
- The customer is responsible for any customs fees due upon delivery.
Order processing
Because our items are made-to-order, your delivery time is:
Production time (usually 2–7 business days) + shipping time.
Estimated shipping time after production:
- US: typically 3–7 business days
- International: typically 7–21 business days
You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. (Occasionally, orders may arrive earlier or later due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather.)
Orders are processed within 72 hours. Shipping is typically 5 business days for US orders and 7-21 for international orders.
We can usually cancel or update an order only if it hasn’t gone into production yet.
- If you need to cancel or change something, email us ASAP with your order number.
- Once an order is in production or already shipped, we typically can’t cancel it (because it’s being made specifically for you).

If your order arrived damaged / misprinted / defective:
- Email us within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund (most of the time you won’t need to return anything)
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have it (possible theft/misdelivery):
- First, check around your delivery area/building, and with neighbors or your leasing office
- Then contact the carrier to request details (GPS scan location / delivery photo if available)
- Message us—we’ll do what we can to help, but replacements/refunds for packages marked “delivered” aren’t always guaranteed
If it looks lost in transit (tracking stops moving):
- Contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and work on a resolution.
This is common right after shipment.
- Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you receive the shipping email.
- Some carriers don’t scan packages until they reach a regional facility.
- If your order shipped in multiple packages, you may receive multiple tracking links. Please note that one package may arrive before another.
- International tracking may update less frequently and can pause during customs processing.
If it’s been more than 48 hours with no tracking updates, send us your order number and we’ll look into it.
A pre-order means you’re purchasing an item before it’s ready to ship.
- The item will be produced and shipped on/after the listed ship date (shown on the product page).
- You will receive a tracking number once it ships.
